Hi,
we are experiencing problems with animations. They are triggering far too late. When we scroll down our website, animations appear only at the last 90-95% of scroll depth. That means, content appears when it is half way out of the window.
What is causing this? We had these several times on different websites. On some it triggers right in time on others not.
Thanks,
David
Hi David,
The animations seems to trigger fine on my end using Chrome, in which browser are you seeing this problem? If you have a screencast of the problem then that would help as well.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Rikard,
thanks for digging into this.
I’ve attached the screencast. It only happens on the EN and FR version of our website. We are using WPML for translations.
Cheers
Hi David,
Thanks for the update and screencast, I see the same problem on my end when switching to English in the footer unfortunately. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Rikard,
as a sidenote: this happens only on the homepage. All other pages load the animations at the right spot.
Thanks
David
Hi Rikard,
I’ve found the problem. We had two different layer sliders on the homepage. They where placed one ofter each other (one for mobile, one for desktop versions). When the mobile slider is removed, all animations trigger right in time.
Cheers
