Hi Enfold team!
The animations on images are not working. I have found previous solutions here saying to do things like a hard refresh, clearing cache etc, but nothing is working. On the following page (link in private content) the three green icons should swipe in from the side, as per the animation option I set for each of them. Bit nothing happens for me, on my laptop, tablet, phone… refresh doesn’t solve it, clearing cache doesn’t solve it…
Any ideas? The animations will really help bring certain pages to life a bit more, so I really hope you can find the solution.

Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks for the update. What is the login url? I tried the default login url but they’re not working.
