Animations don't load fast enough

Hi guys! I have fade in and bottom to top animations implemented on most of the elements on my website. It’s functioning great for the most part but for a lot of the elements with fade in, it takes a while for the elements to actually fade in. It feels like you have to scroll a little bit too far down the page in order for the stuff to show. For example, most note-ably the “how it works” section on the homepage (see private link area). Is there an adjustment I can add to the CSS to make it show they show earlier, and without needing to scroll so far down the page?
