Hey Support-Team!
My site is currently under construction, so I put login for it into the private part of this message.
The problem: On my homepage there are various animations set to the texts and othere elements. The page starts with a Layer Slider and when you scroll down you hardly can see some of them. They are just too quick and/or done before you can see them. I already tried some CSS code found in the Forum to slow them down, but that doesn’t help much either. Please have a look and tell me what I did wrong.
Besides: The page “Konditionen” has a Layer Slider and animations below too, but they play really well as you scroll down.January 27, 2020 at 1:42 pm #1178695Well, what’s up, Support-Team? At least some “I’ll get back to you later” or something would be nice.

Please refrain from replying to your own thread because it gets pushed back to the end of the queue and moderators won’t be able to provide a response immediately. Please be patient while we go through the rest of the queue. Thank you for your understanding.
I checked the page, and animation does not finish early on my end. Which browser are you using?
Best regards,

January 29, 2020 at 8:53 pm #1179558Hi tribaleye13,
The site looks good on my end. You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:
1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
2. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.
Best regards,
Victoria -
