Hello Team,
My animated numbers aren’t working. I tried enabling JS file merging and compression, have the most up to date theme and pho is up to date and none of that didn’t seem to fix the issue. I delete the animated numbers element and went to redo it with a new one and it just is blank.

It’s displaying as it should on my end. Did you try using a different browser?
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 17, 2026 at 3:36 pm #1495166It’s when you go into the editor to edit it. It’s blank and will not allow the numbers to be updated.
February 17, 2026 at 8:31 pm #1495170Hi,
There’s a 500 internal server error on the file in private, please reach out to your hosting provider for further information about that. If you need further help from us, then please share server error logs with us.

Please read this reply again, that is what we need. If you don’t know where to locate server error logs, then your hosting provider should be able to help you out with that.

RikardFebruary 19, 2026 at 9:25 pm #1495243The hosting company went in and cleared the error and told me to have you test it again.
Here is what I am seeing when I try to edit the Animated Numbers widget

RikardFebruary 24, 2026 at 8:31 pm #1495448Good Afternoon Rikard,
So the hosting company came back and sent me this information that I have in the folder attached. Since I last wrote we have updated to the newest theme and also deactivated all the plugins and did a test and we were still having the widgets not load properly.
The client is needing to make edits and this is a very important site for a specific demographic we need to try and figure this out,
