    Animated Numbers are stuck on $0, 000 etc

    When you drag the screen width in or out – the numbers begin working.
    But they are failing to work on reload.

    Any ideas on how to fix?

    Enfold 4.0.2 is now available. Please update the theme to the latest version kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/.

    If it does not help, please try de-activating all active plugins

    The Animated Numbers stopped working on the homepage of my client’s site. They are not visible. I have child theme in place

    @johnebase     I went to Autoptimize settings and unchecked “Optimize JavaScript Code?” and flushed cache. Please review your website.

    I’m having the same issue of al 0’s on my site using WP Rocket Caching.
    When faced with the choice between Optimize/Minify JavaScript or having the animated numbers work I’ll choose to Optimize every time, so I can’t really use this feature.

    Any update on how the Animated Numbers are going to be handled in future versions of Enfold?
    Or a fallback where if it is Optimized the raw number will still show up even if the animation is blocked?

    Hi,

    This is something that the devs would have to handle and answer as far as time frame for a fix goes. They are aware of the issue and are working to fix it. The latest update was recently released so perhaps test to see if you are running into the same issue.
