Hello
In this page http://www.wax-interactive.com/en/news/boost-your-sales-with-the-help-of-social-networks
there is two animated icons with those texts below :
– download the Powerbook
– ask for a DigiflashThe first animated icons shows up but not the other.
I noticed a very strange behavior: the first one is animated because it is has the focus in the visible part of the browser.
Now just try to scroll down to display the second one and refresh your brower : the icon do animated…thanks
September 3, 2014 at 8:06 am #312691Hi pako69!
Thank you for using Enfold.
I’m not sure where this container with the css class “shiftnav-toggle ask” is coming from but it interferes with the icon animation. Please deactivate the plugin responsible for that and the icon should work as expected. The issue seems to be random.
Cheers!
IsmaelSeptember 3, 2014 at 9:26 am #312718Hi Ismael
This CSS class come from Shiftnav Pro and it is my main menu and side panels plugin: I can’t deactivate it…
I built a page (not a post) with the same things and it works: http://www.wax-interactive.com/test-icon
I always contact the author of this plugin and it says that is plugin is well write and can’t nowise interfer with ohter javascript…
Thank youSeptember 4, 2014 at 10:52 pm #313626Hi!
For some reason its wrapping that icon in another class which is causing the conflict. I don’t know what the other plugin does or how it functions but that is the root of the issue and in this case there isn’t anything else that we could do having no additional resources to debug that plugin.
Regards,

This isn’t a bug that is within the theme by itself so there is a conflict with some plugin or setting on your specific setup without at least a visible error or some way to try and debug things.

Sorry for the delay.
You have Visual Composer installed and this may cause scripts errors with the advance layout builder. Also, please deactivate the html compressor of the Quick Cache Plugin.
Cheers!

thank youSeptember 24, 2014 at 11:12 am #324161Hi!
Please post the login details here and set it as a private reply. Is it OK if we deactivate the plugins while working on the site? Do you prefer Quick Cache among other cache plugin? Have you tried using different cache plugin such as W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache?
Best regards,

Please post the login details here. We would like to check it. Is it OK if we deactivate the plugins while working on the site? I’ll ask the rest of the support team to take a look.
Best regards,
IsmaelOctober 1, 2014 at 9:56 am #327925Hello Ismael
I have found the culprit its the plugin : Hybrid Connect or it’s Hybrid Connect + Enfold that do not play together well.
Hybrid Connect is now disabled on this site and the icons works.
Ok, but we need Hybrid Connect! /-)
Don’t you have a test plateform to test it?
