HEllo,

i want to use a animated gif as preloader image. How is this possible?https://miriamfrank.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/GIf_Haus_2-1.gif How can i make this work

Hello, can anyone help here? We tried other animated gifs and they worked

Hi,

Thank you for the inquiry.

We adjusted the URL in the preloader field so that it points to the original version of the animated image instead of the thumbnail. It is working properly now.

Can you help me again and insert this pic https://miriamfrank.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/1_Gif_transparent-1.gif? I did it but it won’t show

Sure. We replaced the preloader with the new GIF image. It’s now active.
