Hi there, the animated countdown timer that comes with Enfold is not dsiplaying on my website. This is strange because it used to work and now it doesn’t. I already tried disabling all the plugins on my site but that didn’t work. Any thoughts?
August 17, 2016 at 11:23 pm #673887Also, I have the latest version of Enfold installed.

August 23, 2016 at 5:36 am #676172Hi,
I can’t see any errors on the page, could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?
Best regards,
RikardAugust 23, 2016 at 6:44 am #676200I already tried deactivating all plugins and it didn’t work. Anything else that could be causing the issue?

August 25, 2016 at 4:47 pm #677651Hi,
Sorry for the problems, it seems like there was a bug introduced in the latest version. It seems to not work when using the date picker but should work if you insert the date manually, could you try that please?

RikardAugust 25, 2016 at 9:27 pm #677741Hello-
I have the same issue. I inserted the date manually, but it still does not work. I have zero plugins installed or activated. Fresh install of latest WP and Enfold & Enfold Child files today. Doesn’t work on Enfold or Enfold Child.
Thank you,
Ted

26/08/2016This worked on a user who had the same issue.

This dateformat worked for me too…….thanx!

August 25, 2016 at 10:16 pm #677779Hello –
Well, yes it works, BUT the date format suggested is incorrect. You suggested day/month/year. This works sometimes and sometimes not. When it does work, the calculation is off (for example, your exact date above yields a 75 week calculation.) And then some dates in this format cause the display to disappear again.
The manual entry format that worked for me is month/day/year.
Thank you for the short-term fix
Ted
August 25, 2016 at 10:19 pm #677785Hi!
Glad workaround is working! We have already reported the issue to our devs.
Thank you for sharing that information @fishcollector. Definitely will be useful for some users until we release an update.
Cheers!
