Hi there. I am having an issue with the Animated Countdown element available in Enfold. Basically it doesn’t show. When I inspect the page console shows: Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: .av-countdown-function (i){return this.indexOf(i)!==-1} .av-countdown-time
I had read on another ticket that someone was having an issue with the format of the selected target date of the element (MM / DD / YYYY vs MM/DD/YYYY) so of the test page here I have created 2 Countdowns one with MM / DD / YYYY and the others with MM/DD/YYYY. Neither are working.
test page: http://www.sfht.on.ca/enfold-count/
I hope that is enough to help define what I am experiencing. Drop me a line if you need anything else. Also, like a lot of customers this is urgent for me but I understand I am in line. Thanks in advance for your help :)

December 8, 2016 at 6:56 am #721832Hey collingibson!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Did you install the Ninja Forms plugin? There is an old post with the same issue and it seems to be related with the said plugin. Please post the WP and FTP details here so that we can inspect the issue.
Cheers!

December 8, 2016 at 1:21 pm #721920I have the same problem (link in private content)
No Animated Countdown to see :-(EDIT:
The Animated Countdown Element in the back-end uses my WP General Settings – Date (j F Y)
Manually changing the Animated Countdown Element to format m/d/Y helped my issue- This reply was modified 8 years ago by TigerLineGolf.

I’m sorry but the login credentials are not working. And I can’t reproduce the issue on my end no matter what kind of date format I set.
@TigerLineGolf: Thanks for sharing! I hope it helps OP.Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 8, 2017 at 8:23 pm #744476I am having the same issue. I am not sure where I would need to go to change that setting…. Can you walk me through that?
February 13, 2017 at 5:09 pm #746512Hi,
@jcameron13 We have fixed the issue already. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.8.5 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_RefreshBest regards,
YigitFebruary 21, 2017 at 12:04 am #749668That worked, however when I did that it caused some issues with the blog posts. Now the single post view does not work on posts. Can you help?

Could you post a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Best regards,
