    Hi,
    A friend pointed out to me that my site wasn’t loading on his Samsung Galaxy S7 default internet browser (it works fine on Chrome). I tested it on my phone, and got the same problem.

    Problem: The initial load shows the logo with the loading animation. If you move it up and down slightly be dragging the screen, you can see it’s loaded in the background, but the white screen with logo and loading remains in front, blocking all content. If I leave it ticking over, the logo and loading animation never go away.
    Android version: 6.0.1
    Internet App version: 4.0.20-81

    Hey Divers1fy,

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

    If that doesn’t help, then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
