Anchors with mozilla firefox are scrolling the page too far down

I have a problem with the anchors in Mozilla Firefox:
anchors in firefox are scrolling the page too far down, making the title of the color section not visible because is moving under the header.

the problem shows up only in MOZILLA FIREFOX, it works fine in explorer, chrome and opera browsers,

the problem shows up just when the link is OUTSIDE the page, if you paste the link in the browser address bar or click on the link in the main menu or a button when you are visiting another page.

the anchor works fine when the link is INSIDE the page (also in main menu). When the link to the anchor is inside the same page you are visiting, it’s scrolling to the right place of the page and the title is visible.

Is there a way to fix it?
