    Hi folks —

    Our anchors aren’t working!

    They’ve worked previously…can I get a little help please?

    I’ve got the tag calls placed in Quick CSS and in the code blocks on the page where we want the anchors to call.

    Hey J.C.,

    It looks like you have selected to hide the element where the element with the ID is located in, in the element options? Please check the visibility of the element in question in the Advanced->Responsive tab.

    Hi Rikard,

    I went back and looked at both the page and enfold settings and I’m not seeing the element/responsive area you’re pointing to?

    Could you help get me there?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. If you open the code block just above the Eytan section, where the anchor is added, then go to the Advanced->Responsive tab. You will see that all the screen width are checked to be hidden there. If you uncheck all of those then it should start working as expected after that.
