Anchors & Jump Links – Not working in Safari

I’ve created anchors and jump links so that I can have certain menu items link to a specific part of a webpage.

For example, under ‘Direct Primary Care’ -> FAQ, this should take you directly to the bottom of a page where FAQ appears.

In Safari, the anchors and jump links do not work at all. In Firefox, however, they do.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
