Anchors colors

Hello
I’ve a home page with anchors, and some others pages.
In my menu I’ve got links to the home page’s anchors, and links to others pages.
On the home page, there is no problem, menu items are colored successively when you go down the page.
But if I’m on another page, I can’t go back to the home clicking anchors menu items. Logic, there are relative link with just #myAnchor.

So I tried to set the menu’s anchors links to absolute links, like http://www.mywebsite.com/#myAnchor . So I can browse from another page to the home page. But on my home page, all the menu’s anchors links are colored (class current_page_item) .

Is there a trick to have all functionalities ? Coloring menu items depending of what home’s section I see, and menu items linking to home from another page ?
