YigitThank you! I have done that but I would like to have a menu on the sidebar to link to each anchor and I am not sure how to do that?
I understand using the custom menu widget but what do I put in it? There are no anchors to choose from. What would I be adding to the menu? I am not sure where the anchors populate. All I have is pages or categories to choose from. none of the other options i.e. portfolio, portfolio categories have anything in them.

1. Create a new menu in Appearance > Menus
2. Set your menu items with anchors, put them as ‘Links’ – http://screencast.com/t/qIou0sFn
3. Go to Appearance > Widgets and drag Custom Menu widget to your desired Widget area.Cheers!
