Anchor not scoll from menu bar

Hi,
I added a anchor to my menu for my testimonials. I’ve made it so it open up at the testimonials section, however it reloads the whole page instead of scroll down like in the demo. is there a way to solve this

I have found out what was wrong.

I had my link as: http://www.throofing.co.nz/?page_id=1195/#testimonials instead of http://www.throofing.co.nz/?page_id=1195#testimonials
