    On the page (private content) we have added the link as #6steps and put the ‘6steps’ in the Custom ID Attribute section where we want to jump to, but it does not seem to work. – Just wondering if anyone can help?

    Thanks, but the ID in question does not exist on the page. You can check that yourself by inspecting it in your browser and search for it.

    Yes I did, did you search the source code for the ID? You could try using a different ID that doesn’t start with a number.
