    Hi there!

    Does anybody know, why the jumpers at https://www.teamazing.com/online-team-building-games-for-virtual-remote-teams/ do not work?

    I’m begging for help!

    Hi Paul,

    The reason why it’s not working is because you have not set an ID.
    For example Rock paper scissors tournament has a link of #1_1, the heading tag (h3) below it should have an ID of 1_1

    Hi Nikko,

    The ID was integrated in the table a little above (so that the heading 1.1. is exactly in the middle when jumping). Now I have integrated the ID directly into the H3 “1.1 Rock paper scissors tournament”. The result is unfortunately not satisfying the same.

    Strange is that if you open the link https://www.teamazing.com/online-team-building-games-for-virtual-remote-teams/#1_1 directly, the anchor works. Only on the arcible it self it does not work.

    PLEASE help!

    Hi teamazing,

    We apologize for the delayed response.
    I have tried to recreate the setup on the page and it seems to work properly, can you try to disable all plugins and check (flush out cache as well) maybe there are just some js conflicts though there’s no js error in the web console.
    If that doesn’t help, Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.
