Hi,
In the Enfold theme demo, you have anchor links for each tab that open that particular tab on the page – http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/tab-section/#mailchimp-newsletter
However, our site is not creating the anchor links for each tab – http://gahanna.server304.com/meet-your-2017-city-council-representatives/
Is that a setting or customization we have to add?

You are currently using an older version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 4.1 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
