    Hi there,

    I am having issues with anchor links. This page does not scroll down to the corresponding custom #id on different parts of the page. The page seems to only reload when you click on the link. This is only happening on this page. Every other page seems to work just fine with scrolling down.

    Please advise. Thanks!

    Hi Rikard,

    Sorry about that! The client wanted the website launched between the time that I sent this and you responded. Here is the new link…

    Just so you know, on the other “Services” pages, the anchor links on the submenu works, except on the “Awards” page, as I mentioned.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Both the anchor links have the same structure as in private, there seems to be the extra /services/ which should not be there? Please check the link settings in the menu items.

    I see! Yes, the “Awards” page was not configured to be a child page whereas all of the other subpages are child pages to “SERVICES”. Thanks for pointing this out. I have configured this so that the link is now correct.

    However, on occasion, sometimes the anchor links on different submenus will reload the page initially but then will work after a few clicks. Are you experiencing this at all?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. It looks like you have a redirect going on there, please see private. I’m not sure where that is coming from though. That is likely the reason as to why the page reloads.
