I am building a blog site and I need some text to always anchor/link to the same place.
I want the teal/blue scripture references in the text to anchor down to the graphic that says – THE TRUTH –.
This will always be the case in future posts. This is merely a reference link for all the scriptures used in the text.
I placed the graphic in a Section container, but that’s all the further I could figure out. Also, the pop-up text for the “Share” buttons is black.
Where can that be changed to White? Thanks,
Dan

You would need to add a custom id to the section you want to create an anchor to:
You can simply go to Enfold theme options > Layout Builder and check “Show element options for developers”. It will enable custom CSS field for ALB elements – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2013/12/blur.jpg. You can give your elements custom CSS classes to target them wih your anchor.

I have never edited CSS.
Can you please help me in layman’s terms?
Thank you!
April 11, 2020 at 12:18 am #1202794Hi,
Apologies, perhaps the doc can give a clearer explanation: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/menu/#add-anchors-to-your-page-for-single-page-navigation

Jordan ShannonApril 11, 2020 at 9:49 pm #1202992Forgive me for being dense, but I cannot see where I could do what I need.
Please specifically explain how I would address this on the attached web page:
I am building a blog site and I need some text to always anchor/link to the same place.
I want the teal/blue scripture references in the text to anchor down to the graphic that says – THE TRUTH –.
This will always be the case in future posts. This is merely a reference link for all the scriptures used in the text.
I placed the graphic in a Section container, but that’s all the further I could figure out.I do well with specific step by step instructions, but not with long general pages of documentation.
Thank you for indulging me. After I grasp this, I will hopefully be able to use this tactic in other ways as well.
April 12, 2020 at 12:06 am #1203005Hi,
Thank you for the link, as I understand your issue you want the teal text to be a link and point to the graphic that says “THE TRUTH” which be in each post, so the anchor link will point to the same page.
First, you will need to add an ID to the image “THE TRUTH”, such asthe-truth
You will need to add the ID to the image on every page.
now your anchor will be#the-truth
so all of your links should point to the anchor.
