Hi! I am trying to put anchor links into this page so I can link to individual services from our homepage: http://digitalengagementranking.com/services/
I have watched an old tutorial, and attempted multiple times, but I am still unable to get this to work!
Thanks in advance for your help.

How did you add the anchors and where? You can try this format to see if it works out for you:

RikardJanuary 5, 2017 at 6:26 pm #729997Hi Rickard,
For example, on our homepage (http://digitalengagementranking.com/) I’d like the Optimization, Analytics, and Reporting Icon to have an anchor link within it, so it directs users to the Optimization, Analytics, and Reporting section of the services page.
I attempted this by placing an anchor link in a Color Section element on the services page, and used that link for the icon on the homepage. I used the following formats:
#optimization-analytics-reporting
Neither has worked. It only takes me to the services page. It does not autoscroll to the appropriate section.

January 6, 2017 at 1:45 pm #730339Hi,
Please refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-anchors-to-your-page-for-single-page-navigation/
If that still does not help, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can look into it :)Best regards,

January 6, 2017 at 7:49 pm #730500Hi,
To link different sections from homepage
Add different color sections on the service page with unique #ID example : see private Page with unique #ID
Create new menus with link to the sections http://www.yoursite.com/page/#section-ID
Please check the links in “Section menu” in Appearance > Menu > Section menu
Place your menu on homepage or any page that’s all :)
I have created a test page please check it in private.

VinayJanuary 6, 2017 at 9:16 pm #730511Hello,
Thank you for this. However, this does not solve my issue completely.
Instead of a menu, I want to place the links within the icons on the homepage under “Our Services”.

January 6, 2017 at 10:28 pm #730545Hi,
Yes it is possible to link to different section from icons on homepage.
The example is to illustrate how it can be done.
Please try to link the sections to the icons( when you click the icon it has a option to place the link ) on the homepage as shown in the example :)

January 7, 2017 at 6:21 pm #730731Hi,
I checked your site and all the links on the icons are pointing to http://your-domain.com/services/ it should point to the section ID example http://your-domain.com/services/#section-ID
You are missing out on the #ID please check the color section options in the test section page I setup earlier (link in private) here you will notice I have added a unique ID to distinguish each section in the section ID.
Please add unique ID for each service section and point each icon to that section with the ID in the URL.
Best regards,
VinayJanuary 10, 2017 at 6:19 pm #731662Hello,
The links are set up that way, because the anchor links weren’t working. I did try it in the format you provided, and it didn’t work.
I changed it back to the services link, because the anchor links weren’t working.
Can you please let me know why the anchor links aren’t working?
Thanks for your help,
MarissaJanuary 11, 2017 at 6:14 am #731865Hi,
Every section of the service should have a unique #ID
I did not see unique section ID for any section on service page and correct link format in the service icon options.
I have setup another example for you please check
1. The link structure in “Digital Social Media” Icon edit option on homepage.
2 Each section of the service should be wrapped in a color section with a unique section ID
Go ahead and click on the “Digital social media” Icon on the homepage it will take you to the service section.
Please follow the instructions correctly and try to setup the rest of the icons in the same manner and it will work :)

I would like the page to scroll to the anchor position instead of opening a new page!
I set an anchor/section ID at the right section and added a menu button link e.g: …#info
it still doesnt scroll but instead loads a new page…
can someone help?September 6, 2019 at 7:22 am #1134765 -
