    Dear Support Team,

An anchor link on the website is not working on the mobile device:

When I call up this link on the desktop PC, it works without any problems. The link to the contact function is perfect.

When I call up the same link on my cell phone, it doesn’t jump to the contact section but to the start of the page (the Bittun KOntakt link doesn’t work in the cell phone navigation either). I don’t understand it at all: In the backend, the section with the ID #contact is 2x: once for desktop devices and once only for mobile version (all others hidden)

Can you please help me so that the link also works on mobile?

    Hey Diana,
This is because you are using the same ID for both contact forms, please use two different IDs for the different forms. Hiding the form will not solve this issue.
HTML rules only allow IDs to be used once on a page for anchor links.
You will also need to change the menu links to match the form IDs.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Dear Mike,

Thank you for your reply. I have now assigned separate IDs for the mobile sections: “#gutschein-mobile” and “#kontakt-mobile”.
The desktop version still links to the IDs “#gift-voucher” and “#contact”
For the mobile version, I have also created a second menu in which the menu items “Vouchers” and “Contact” are linked to the new mobile IDs.

1st desktop version: Menu is displayed normally as a bar: > Anchor links work
    2. mobile version (cell phone): Menu is displayed as a burger menu: > Anchor links work

    3. tablet version / laptop screen: Menu is displayed as a burger menu: Anchor links of the two problematic menu items “Vouchers” and “Contact” do not work: for both it jumps onClick to the top of the page.
    Example: see screenshots:
    Screen view 1-3:
    https://lebendigfuehlen.de/support/1.jpg
    https://lebendigfuehlen.de/support/2.jpg
    https://lebendigfuehlen.de/support/3.jpg
The third screen shows that in this version, which jumps incorrectly to the top of the page, the link to the mobile version #gutschein-mobile” is displayed correctly in the browser bar at the top.

Can you help me further? I’m really at a loss as to what the problem could be.
    Best regards Diana

I have to add that I have now found a manual solution by linking the anchor link for the mobile versions (“#gutschein-mobile” and “#kontakt-mobile”) with new, empty color sections, which I have placed above the color section “Gutscheine” and the grid row “Kontakt”. these color sections are consistently visible for all devices and now the BurgerMenu also works

The grotesque thing is that even in the versions (see screenshots in the last post) in which the BurgerMenu did not work, the content of the contact field was still displayed correctly when scrolling down.

Does this variant also work on all screens?
If there is a better solution – please let me know.

    Best regards Diana

    Hi,

Great! Glad to know you found a working solution. This should be sufficient for this case. Please feel free to open another thread if you have any further questions about the theme.

    Have a nice day.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
