Hi support team,
Please take a look at the following page: http://52kards.com/product/mint2/
The “Buy Now” button at the top is an anchor link that jumps to the bottom of the page. However, after the page jump if you scroll back up to the top of the page the transparent head has some display issues. Can you please let me know how this can be fixed. Thanks!!August 4, 2016 at 10:51 am #668475Hey AsadIC,
I checked the site on windows 8.1 , Chrome and IE. The buy now button looks the same before scrolling and after scrolling. Please see the attached screenshot.
If you do not see the same would you mind posting a screenshot of the issue and let us know which browser are you facing this issue on?
Best regards,

August 9, 2016 at 3:04 pm #670345Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
That seems to be JS related issue as anchor does not scroll smoothly
Best regards,
YigitAugust 10, 2016 at 9:02 am #670698Hi Yigit,
I deactivated all plugins except for Woocommerce in my staging environment but the issue still persists.
Please see: http://n2kard5.staging.wpengine.com/product/mint2 (hosted on WPengine)August 12, 2016 at 8:46 pm #672058I noticed something else. I use another anchor link on a different page and it works perfectly fine. Pease see the “Apply Now” button at the top of this page: https://52kards.com/sponsorships/
I don’t think it can be a plugin issue since it works fine on this page.Any ideas on why anchor links work fine on that page but not on http://52kards.com/product/mint2/
Thanks!

August 13, 2016 at 4:39 am #672162Hi,
I’m sorry but we can’t reproduce the issue on our end, Chrome Windows 7. Can you reproduce the issue on Firefox?
Best regards,
IsmaelAugust 13, 2016 at 4:56 am #672164Hi Ismael,
I have recorded a screencast demonstrating the issue across Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Please take a look and let me know what can be done. Thank you!

August 16, 2016 at 2:44 pm #673282Hi,
at first please update to Enfold v3.7.1. and let us know if the issue persists or not. Which kind of customizations did you do on your website? please remove all of them one by one to check which one is causing this issue. Keep all plugins deactivated while testing.
If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Best regards,
