Hello!
Before opening this discussion I have read dozens of messages, all with the same problem: Analytics not working. But … place the Analytics code is the simplest task in the world, but does not work with Enfold.
I’ve read that some users have found success with a plugin, but I do not want to use a plugin.
WordPress 4.3.1
Enfold 3.3.1
WooCommerce 2.4.7
MySQL: 5.5.5
PHP: 5.5.22
Memory Limit: 128M
This is the code Analytics (I darkened the code):
<script>
(function(i,s,o,g,r,a,m){i['GoogleAnalyticsObject']=r;i[r]=i[r]||function(){
(i[r].q=i[r].q||[]).push(arguments)},i[r].l=1*new Date();a=s.createElement(o),
m=s.getElementsByTagName(o)[0];a.async=1;a.src=g;m.parentNode.insertBefore(a,m)
})(window,document,'script','//www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js','ga');
ga('create', 'UA-XXXXXXXX-1', 'auto');
ga('send', 'pageview');
</script>
that I put in this field: http://i.imgur.com/zsdELlJ.jpg
But Analytics answers: State: Tracking Not Installed
Why it does not work? Maybe I am unsympathetic to Analytics? :)
Thanks for any help or suggestions.
Hi macrunner!
Thanks for using Enfold.
It may take up to 24 hours before you start seeing results. If your still having problems after that then deactivate all plugins and send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.
Best regards,
Basilis
Hi Basilis
Usually, when I insert the code, for example, in an HTML site, I check to Analytics and tracking is recognized immediately. Then after about 24 hours begins the analysis.
But ok, I’ll do as you say. The code I’ve added about 12 hours ago.
Thanks
Problem solved, Monitoring started regularly.
