    Hi,
    I notice that now GTmetrix doesn’t process anymore the websites made with Enfold.
    Please, let me know how fix this issue.
    Analysis Error
    The page returned an error: 404 Not Found
    Please check that the URL was entered correctly and try again.

    Hi Dario

    My test with an Enfold based website works perfectly.
    I guess it’s a problem directly in your website configuration or on the hoster’s server.

    Btw I prefer to use webpagetest to find performance issues – it’s contains a lot more detail than GTmetrix.

    Hi Dario,

    Did you select the front page as your custom 404 error page in the theme options? If so then please try to select a different one.

    Hi Rikard,
    the issue is still on, even if I change the redirection to another page or if I desactive this feature.
    In addition I tried Google PageSpeed at: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/
    Same error.
    Before to contact you once again, I talked to the server technicians and they told me that it’s related with Enfold.
    Any hints?

    I tried the webpagetest.org as well… same issue!

    ERROR: Lighthouse returned error: ERRORED_DOCUMENT_REQUEST.

    WebPageTest: https://www.webpagetest.org/
    ERROR: Test Error: 404 Navigation error – Error: 404

    Please, any help is welcome because the issue is causing untrustness with my client!
