    Hi there,

    I’m trying to update my site (linked below) but every time I try to update it, it says the update package is not available. I’ve confirmed my Envato API token is working, and put in a new one and still no luck. I’m trying to update from 5.2.1

    I’m aware my support window has expired but surely that doesn’t mean updates are also blocked off after just 6 months?

    Hey Jason,

    Not having a valid support period will not block theme updates, they are separate things.

    Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I can’t see the updates coming through at all on your installation, where exactly are you trying to update from? Please try to install and configure this plugin, to see if that works better: https://envato.com/market-plugin/

    That worked, thanks!

    I was just using the “Check manually” button on the Enfold page and it would say an update was available, and I got the error referenced above when I used WordPress’s update system.
