I need to update Enfold to the latest version thanks to the auto update of WP4.0.1 (my slider has stopped working). But the theme will not update and I get this message. This is getting pretty urgent. Please can you assist. Thank you!

Try updating via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.
