    I want to update to the new version (4.8.8) of my Enfold Theme as I am using Version 4.8.6.2.

    The dashboard updater does not work I get the message “An error occurred while updating Enfold: Update package not available.”

    Download Package URL: Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
    – response_code: 403
    – reason: scope-missing
    Download Package URL: A problem occurred accessing your download link. Unable to perform update.
    Following Envato package errors occurred:
    Enfold – Request for Download URL failed.

    I’ve tried a solution where I installed the Enfold market theme and update it this way but I get the same error.

    Any help?

    Also, if there is no solution but to update manually, can someone confirm the process.
    ie. in themeforest.net account do I download “WordPress file only” or “All files and documents”. Also, when I upload it will I lose any backend settings, posts or pages?

    Sorry, it is now working! I don’t know what happened. It must have been a temporary error as it has automatically updated now. Thanks anyway!
