    Hi!
In one of my customers websites, content does not show, although all of the pages are accessible in admin mode.
It seems if css connection is disrupted. Do you have any suggestions for a solution?
    Best regards,
    Fred

    Hi,
Thanks for the feedback but I don’t see the admin login in the Private Content area, the files listed in the Private Content area seem to be WordPress core files for the block editor, the theme would not modify these files, but perhaps WordPress updated on this date?
Does your webhost automatically update WordPress for you, I know that my webhost offers this option.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hey Mike,
No my host doesn’t automatically update WordPress. iThemes Security Pro Or Sync do this.
Latest check was: version: 6.1.1; Februari 12, 2023 at 15:23.

    Hi Mike,
I Guess I misunderstood your answer about the Private Content area. So I’ll authorize you and send the credentials again.

    Hi,
Thanks for the login but it didn’t work for me, I also tried your email address but it didn’t work, please check.
Otherwise to grant us admin access try this:

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,
I noticed you didn’t login yet on my clients website and I wonder if you received my follow-up posts since your instructions of the 15th of February.
My client is very curious about a solution, because of complaints not being accessable.via his website.

For the login link please see Private Content, below.

    Best regards,
    Fred

    Hi,
Thanks for the login, I see that none of your pages are displaying either logged in or out, same with your posts.
Please try disabling all of your plugins including the iThemes Security Pro plugins and leave them disabled, except the “Tijdelijke login zonder wachtwoord” so we can still login.
Then try re-installing WordPress to ensure that none of the core WordPress files are damaged, you can easily do this at WordPress Updates:

I have not seen this before.

    Hi Mike,
I followed your instructions and disabled all the plugins exept “Tijdelijke login…”, also re-installed WordPres 6.1.1-nl_NL. Refreshed the website.
It doesn’t do the trick, I’m sorry to say.
Maybe I also have to restart my PC?

    Hi Mike,
Just restarted my PC, nothing changed, only the logo showing. Double checked in Safari: none of the pages are showing, except the logo.

    Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, I tried re-uploading your theme but that didn’t help, please check your server error log for any errors, I have not seen this before so I have asked the rest of the team for input.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike thanks,
Please find the firsrserver error logs in the Private Content area. It’s huge, I hope it will fit.

    Hi,
This looks like it’s from your iThemes Security log, I don’t see anything helpful in it.
Try checking your webhost server error log, if you are not sure where to find it ask your webhost for assistance.
Also please try enabling WP_DEBUG, please see these installations.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,
Please find server log 20230109-20230219 attached in Private Content area.
    I didn’t enable WP_DEBUG yet.

    Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, on each line I see error anon-0-0-0-187.ip6.invalid so it looks like your server is returning an invalid error for ip6
I’m not a server expert so I recommend asking your webhost to investigate this error.

    Best regards,
    Mike

Okay Mike, I will. Thanks so far.

    Hi,
I had some dificulties obtaining the purchase code of my new support license, but it seemed to be the same as the one before.

The webhost does not have a solution for the server error until yet and to be honest, I’m done with them.

I’m now opting for another host, one I have good experiences with.
But first I want to save the 14 pages of the site and I have a few questions about that.
    1. If I make a complete backup of the website, will al the current PHP values also be backed up and transported to the server of the new host.
In other words, do I risk to transfer the ‘no show’ error from the old environment to the new, fresh one?
    2. is it possible to save the content of each page in a file which I can upload to the new weblocation. And how do I do this?
    3. If the above is not possible, is there a recommended method to copy all the elements of a page one by one into a number of separate files which I can ‘transplant’ to the new hosting environment?

    Best regards,
    Fred

    Hi,
In your situation I would recommend starting your new site on your new webhost with a temporary domain and then make a fresh WordPress install from scratch with only the minimum plugins, the fewer the better.
Then while your old site is active try to export your site using WordPress ▸ Tools ▸ Export ▸ All content this will give you a .xml file to import on your new site, when you import click the box to import images also.
Then on your old site go to Enfold Theme Options ▸ Import/Export ▸ Export Theme Settings File and export your theme settings file to upload to your new site.
Let us know if this works.

    Best regards,
    Mike
