Dear Enfold,
I am looking for an alternative mobile menu for a project. I see different solutions on your forum such as CSS and Plugins etc. I’m looking for a direct function, hook or filter that doesn’t use “wp_is_mobile”. Can you help me with this?

What we like to achieve is a webpage with an Enfold mobile menu that uses another menu instead of the main navigation.
At this time, Enfold mobile menu is based on the main menu, which is rendered as mobile menu by means of CSS and media queries (thats very nice). But we like to customize the items in the mobile menu.
Is there (or could you add) an option to define an alternative menu that is used when mobile menu get active? We don’t want to use wp_is_mobile, because that option isn’t reliable enough. Both menus should be rendered in HTML. When the Enfold mobile menu becomes active, it should use the alternative menu instead of the main menu.
We’re curious if something similar is possible.

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
