    we have selected an alternative menu for mobile but it is not displaying. Please can you advise if there is another / related setting required to make it work.

    just realised I have installed an alternative menu plugin to test since raising this issue with you.

    I still would like the Enfold issue to be resolved so please disable the plugin Max Mega Menu when you get to look at the issue.

    Hi!

    Sorry for the delay. There is a modified version of the includes > helper-main-menu.php file in the child theme. Is it from the latest version of the theme? Please try to get a fresh copy of the file from the parent theme folder, then add the modifications again. Or disable it temporarily.
