    Hi,
    meine homepage habe ich aufgebaut durch ein Coaching-Programm, bei dem die home-Erstellung mit enfold-theme mit drin war, allerdings do-it-yourself und child-theme und ich hatte keine Lizenz und keine Aktualisierungen. Jetzt hab ich mir eure enfold-Lizenz gekauft.

    Frage: wir aktualisiere ich meine homepage jetzt mit meiner neuen enfold-Lizenz? – hab’s bisher nicht hinbekommen…

    2. Frage: kann ich die Lizenz auch für meine 2. homepage nutzen?

    Hey Heldin21,

    You need to generate a token and add it to the theme options.

    Here are the docs for you:

    Theme Registration

    One license is for one website. Do you have 2 websites?

    this envato-token I bought just for my website I’m designing new – so:

    my license with the token should work for this website – but it does not

    WHY?

    Hi Heldin21,

    The most common issue why it does not work because there’s insufficient permission to the token.
    Please try to check if these permissions are checked:

    • View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
    • View your Envato account username
    • View your email address
    • View your account profile details
    • Download your purchased items
    • Verify purchases of your item
    • List purchases you’ve made

    Hi Gabriela,

    I’m not sure what the programmer is referring to, but I don’t think it’s anything to worry about. If you need further help, then please post a link to where we can see the actual code on your site.
