Alt text is not showing on few mobiles and laptops - Support

I changed the code to show alt textalong with title in the lightbox ( return title + ‘<br/>’ + item.el.find(‘img’).attr(‘alt’); in js/avia.js)
This is showing alt text on my laptop but it is not working on most of the other laptops. Why so ? I even tried incognito. Its not working . Why so ?

Hey farahjanjua,

We would need to be able to know the other devices.
Example is the same browsers etc.

Can you also show us some screenshots?

Hi,

The login url is working now. Is the script working if the W3 Total Cache’s minify settings are disabled? Please try to disable the plugin temporarily then recheck the page. Make sure that the scripts and stylesheets are refreshed.
