alt text field

in fact , my client wants to show the regular alt – text field and get rid of the black field that is appaering if one hovers the image.
but i ve just discoverd how to:
strange enough: if i fill in the TITLE field im getting the ALTtekst field AND the caption.
as it seems strange to me NOT to fill in the alt text field to get the alt text field, it was nevertheless just what i wanted. :)

by the way:why is this layout so strange. whatever i do, there keeps appaering at hte right second row this one image, why is it not going down to the next row. this looks very strange to me.
