As the title above, all thumbnail image line up vertically (full size) in 4.0.7 with WooCommerce product gallery enabled on mobile. Works on desktop as expected.
Hey phangmoh,
Could you post a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Rikard,
Please check the page now because I will revert back to the Enfold gallery once you see these within an hour as it affects the website. It affects when used on mobile (not when on desktop that is being re-scale to mobile size). Seen on Chrome browser on Android 7.0.0.
Thanks.
Hi,
Please, to ensure that I understood your question, may you provide me some screenshot about the issue?
Best regards,
John Torvik
Here’s a screen shot. All thumbnails will have large size same as the main picture and all will be blurred and line up vertically. So, if you have 10 image in the single product page thumbnail, you will have 10 images vertically line up.
Hi,
I just checked your website on my iphone on both Safari and Chrome and images show up fine on my end. I asked my teammates to check the page on Android. Please kindly wait to hear from them :)
Best regards,
Yigit
It was okay because I turned it off and used the Enfold product gallery instead as I can’t be showing the blurry and vertically aligned images to customers for so many days. The picture itself explains how it would look like.
Hi,
I tried to reproduce the issue on my friend’s Enfold based website however i could not. Would you mind if we logged in to your site and check the issue there? If you do not, please post temporary admin logins here privately :)
Best regards,
Yigit
Hi,
This problem went away after upgrading to 4.1 & 4.1.1.
