November 23, 2016 at 3:59 pm #716006Hi,
Is this only related to JetPack? If so I would try to seek help from their support instead as they know their product better than us. If you think this is related to our theme then please post admin login details in private and we’ll have a closer look.

I think it is related to the theme, because I had an similar problem with an other plugin.November 24, 2016 at 6:24 am #716258Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, if you could elaborate on what lead you to the conclusion that this is a theme related issue we would appreciate it. In order to test your problem we need the details you are using to connect JetPack.

If I enable an other theme, the texts are visible and everything works fine.
I have the same problem with the enfold parent theme (currently I have enabled a child theme). When the JetPack is connected, I get the following errors in the chrome console:
– Uncaught Error: no such method ‘instance’ for menu widget instance(…)
– Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘type’ of undefined(…)If you need further information, please let me know…

November 26, 2016 at 10:58 pm #717289Hi,
The login you have given doesn’t work, please check. when you enable jetpack, I’m sure you have some features activated like photon, notifications, etc, can you try to disable them one by one to find out which of it causes the issue.

I, too, am getting fatal php errors and can not access my site when I install Jetpack. I contacted GoDaddy and they charged me to increase the php limit, but that didn’t work.
I’d really like to run Jetpack, so can someone please check into this and let me know?
Thanks so much.
February 6, 2017 at 7:03 am #743178Hi @allyson3,
Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also, are we allowed to activate/deactivate JetPack?
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 6, 2017 at 6:35 pm #743513Hi Rikard,
You are welcome to try, however, when I activated Jetpack the first time, the fatal error blocked me from accessing the admin. I had to call GoDaddy to deactivate all the plugins. I haven’t tried anything since, as I wanted to contact you first.
See access info below…
February 7, 2017 at 9:32 am #743748Hi,
Thanks for that, though the details don’t seem to work unfortunately. Could you check and verify please?
Did you try to disable all other plugins and then activate Jetpack? There might be a conflict with one of your other plugins.

The only two plugins I have activated at this time are Yoast SEO and Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order.
I’ve set up a new user for your testing purposes. Credentials are below.

February 9, 2017 at 9:20 am #744685Hi,
Thanks for that, those details worked. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (3.8.5) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
