Tagged: icons
Hello,
I’m using Enfold 4.7.1 and icons are not displayed (they are only displayed when I’m logged to WP admin).
I’ve deleted all server side caches and browser cache for my tests.
Could you fix the problem ?
Thanks,
Olivier
Hey Oli,
Thank you for the inquiry.
The scripts and stylesheets are currently compressed or merged. Please try to disable the theme’s file compression settings and the Autoptimize plugin temporarily. Let us know if it changes anything.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi Ismael,
indeed, when I disable CSS optimization by Autoptimize, it’s OK.
Is there a way to continue to use CSS optimization by Autoptimize maybe by excluding a specific CSS file to be merged ?
Best regards,
Oli
Hi Oli,
You can add the file to the field to exclude it.

If you need further assistance please let us know.

Hi Victoria,
yes, I know but what are the css files to exclude (or the one) ?
Best regards,
Oli
Hi Oli,
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,
Victoria
Yes, here are the credentials.
Best regards,
Olivier.
Hi Olivier,
Please test now.
Best regards,
Victoria
Hi,
it doesn’t work, the icons are not displayed.
You can test it by yourself, you just have to deconnect from WP admin (or use another browser) and reload any page of the site.
Best regards,
Olivier.
I’ve found the solution : just add enfold.css to the exclude files list not /directory1/directory2/enfold.css (the full path).
Thanks for your help,
Oli
