I’ve earlier been able to align my text in both sides like on this page: http://akupunkturmageriet.dk/akupunktur/

How can I change it?
Ive havne’t updated to Enfold 4.0.5 since I’ve experience so many issues on my other sites with the latest update. But I can see that the alignment to both sides is also missing in the newest version.

Please try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps. Then you can activate them one by one to find the culprit.
I can’t think of any other settings that would hide them, but they are available in the newest version.

Justify Text in Content Editor doesn’t really show up in WordPress, you can try to use a default WordPress theme such as twentyseventeen and notice that it’s not available, if you want to justify a content, select the whole content and press shift + alt + j, if you want to have that button, please check this post: http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-add-underline-and-justify-text-buttons-in-wordpress/
