    Hello everyone,
I made tests a few weeks earlier looking at Enfold features I didn’t have time to check yet.
When recently I’ve seen that 2 news pages have been indexed by search engines.

These pages are: https://c-serp.fr/?alb_elements=rv-bouton and https://c-serp.fr/?alb_elements_entries=av_button

They are not Page, nor Post nor Portfolio as well and I can’t find them anymore.
I don’t remenber how or where I’ve created them. (sounds stupid)
But I know for sure that I don’t want them to be indexed anymore.

Anyone could tell me where to look so I can delete or un-index them please?
    Thanks for your tips….

    Ok I found.
It was a custom ALB element I’ve tested in a recent past.
Couldn’t feagure out where it was hidden!

    Question
Is it normal that these custom ALB_element are indexed?
    I don’t think so.

Nothing in the process of creating a new ALB custom element prevents or says that a new page will be created from this element.
And nothing warns you that this page will be in ‘index’ status.
    That’s not good.

Do other classic ALB element create a page each time we use them?
No. So why the custom element would?

So let’s say I design like 20 nice custom alb-elements that I want to use in my pages.
All these elements are going to add 20 (unwanted) pages to my site?
    Geeee…

I won’t be able to use this new feature until I have no control of what happens behind the door.

    Just my 2 cents ;)

    Hi rvga,

Sorry for the problem. This is a mistake in the theme, the custom elements should not be public and possible to index. This problem should be fixed in our latest development version, if you share WordPress and FTP login details with us in private, then we can install that for you.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,
It’s no big deal for me.
I don’t need to use ALB custom element for now so I’ll wait until the new version is released.

Thanks for offering your help. ;)

    Hi CoachDavid1,

Sorry for the late reply. I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having, could you try to explain it a bit further please? Are you having problems with custom elements being indexed?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi there,
The problem still persists until today. WordPress shows an alb_elements-page when a path is requested, with an unavailable page and the path name is found in an alb_element-name.
E.g. Request ist https://domain.com/myspecialpath -> This page/post is saved as draft
The, if there is a custom element which has ‘myspecialpath’ in the name, the a page is shown https://domain.com/?alb_elements=myspecialpath-header-block
Can you show me how get rid of this behavior?

    Thanks in advance!
    Best regards,
    Holger
