    Hi finchkelsey!

    Please disable all the plugins and make sure WordPress & Enfold are on latest versions.
    After check and let us know what the results are.

    I have done all of this and the issue remains. I am updating the theme via ftp but the theme still says the old version inside the wordpress dashboard.
    I renamed the themes folder as well..

    Hi!

    Did you manage to fix it? i logged into your install and ALB was working as expected.
