    Hi Support,

    we use User Role Editor Plugin to change user rights. When costumer are logged in – they can´t see the footer – build with alb. adminstrator did. How can we get this?

    Hi Tobias,

    Can you try to temporarily disable User Role Editor plugin? and see if this fixes the issue.
    If it does, try to change some of the settings and see if that helps.

    Hi Nikko,

    thanks for your answer. We use the newest version of user role editor pro. this is a very famous plugin. couldn´t understand why it doesn´t work.

    Or which should we wrote the plugin developer?

    Hi Tobias,

    Did the issue get fixed when you tried to temporarily disable the User Role Editor plugin?
    As for why it doesn’t work even though it’s popular, it’s because there are too many plugins so we can’t really test on each one but we test it on major ones such as woocommerce, yoast seo, events calendar, rankmath, etc. and each one has its own development and implementation which may cause conflict with our theme or other plugins.

    Hi Nikko,

    yes, when we disconnect the plugin the footer will be shown. after activating it will gone.

    How can we solve this problem? Any idea?

    Hi,
    Unfortunately, we are not able to test with user role editor pro and we are limited to supporting third-party plugins, since deactivating it clears the issue it points to a conflict. Since you are using a pro version with I imagine plugin support try asking the plugin author, they may have seen this issue before and already has a solution.

    Hi Mike,

    thanks for your answer. We ask the plugin author but he couldn´t help us.

    We recognized it´s not a plugin conflict. We have the problem with woocommerce costumer accounts! If we are not logged in – the footer works as it should. If i logged in as costumer i see a different page. Original Footer-Page is Page ID 73138. Costumer see the Page with the ID: 100828 (newest Page).

    How could we solve the bug?
