    I would like to use the ‘related posts’ option inside the theme.
    What I think I know is it only activates on posts that are built without the ALB? Is this correct? If so, why is this?

    Have you tried it and you get such an issue?
    Can you show us 2 pages and also provide us backend access?

    Hi!

    It uses Tags, you’d need to use a shared taxonomy between your Posts. You can see the code in /includes/related-posts.php.
