    The Start page can no longer be started in “extended layout mode”, but is displayed with a shortcode window. All other pages of the website are labeled “Advanced Layout Architect”.
    After switching to the extended layout mode (Avia Layout Architect), the color section should be edited in the first section with the embedded “Rotating heading”. Outside and inside spacing should be set to “Large Padding (70px)”. After saving the popup window and clicking on “Update”, the message “Update failed” appears above the capture area with a red background. It is not possible to save / update the adjustments.

    Thank you for the login details.

    We were able to the edit the Aktuelles page, add a text block and update it without encountering any issues. Have you tried editing the page on a different browser?

    Hi Ismael,
    sorry, but the Aktuelles page wasn’t the issue.
    I can’t edit the Start (Home) page – in any browser eg. Chrome, Firefox, Edge (always newest version). It also seems like the headerimage is not shown in the frontend-view anymore.
    I have no idea why I can’t edit the page – could you assist to solve the problem? Thanks.

    Thanks for the clarification. I activated the Layout Builder for the page in question and saved, and that seems to have worked. Please have a look on your end.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your efforts. Unfortunately, the error that the changed content is not saved after updating is still present. Error text is still Update failed.
    Tried Backends with Chrome and Firefox, Frontend with Edge.

    After looking at your post about changing the Aktuelles page, I made a duplicate of the Start page and set it up as the new Start page. The changes are now applied – but sometimes the changes are displayed correctly in the page view from the backend in WP, but not in the page view in the frontend. Here I have found that in most cases the selection “Clear Cache” has led to the desired result in the page view in the frontend. Maybe you can take a look at the coding of the former start page (now Start-alt) to see if there is still a bug somewhere.

    Hi,

    Here I have found that in most cases the selection “Clear Cache”

    This might mean that the latest updates are not being reflected because a cache exists. You might want to deactivate the cache plugin temporarily and disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings while editing the site. You can enable these options again once you’re done editing the site.
