    Hello Enfold Theme!

Unfortenetly the Akkordion isnt working as it should. If you have a look at our Page (link in private) you can see that there is the icon wrong by akkordion section (only on mobile). If you scroll over the first time its like – and it should be from usability aspects like this “+” to open up.

If you checked every akkordion once the problem is solved – but just till the next refresh of the page.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi,
Thanks for the login, I changed these settings and now the accordion works as you describe.

Okay, I don’t think you understand the problem. The problem is that the icons for opening the accordion only work properly when you open an accordion manually. Otherwise, when the accordion is closed or opened, it simply displays “-“. Maybe also a loading problem?

    Hi,
I did see that before, but not now

Now I see a “+” when closed and a “-” when open, please clear your browser cache and check.

    Best regards,

OK I clear cache many times now and its still not working – which browser do you use? On Chrome its ok but firefox and Safari its still wrong. Regards

    Hi,
I was using Chrome, when I check with Firefox the icon is not correct, it looks like the Autoptimize plugin is active, please disable and disable the Enfold Theme Options > Performance > JS & CSS file merging and compression and any other caching, then let us know so we can check again.

    Best regards,
    Mike
