In some situations the content of AJAX sideloader is not loaded and than it loads only the pages regular content (specified in the Advanced Layout Editor). I do not know all of the situations but one is when clicking tooo fast of the item. The other, quite good reproducable situation:
1) Open a page with the corresponding grid (and specified AJAX-sideloading)
2) e.g. 3 items are displayed with their icons
3) Right click on e.g. the first item and select ‘Open in a new tab’.
If I open on a link with right click a link on a web-site than I EXPECTeither
a) the same side is loaded OR
b) the side is loaded the same style as I would left-clicked on the item – just on a new pageI OBSERVE the following results:
A) A new tab is opened
B) To loaded content does NOT match the content as I would have expected (see above)
B1) I do NOT see the content loaded specified in the AJAX section (Additional Portfolio Settings)
B2) I do see the content loaded specfied in the regular content area (Advanced Layout Editor)Q ==> How to change the behaviour that the content is always displayed from the Additional Portfolio Settings and NEVER from the Advanced Layout Editor ?
Background: The content from the Additional Portfolio Settings is sufficient and I do not wanna have the content twice configured!
NOTE1: Disabling right click is not the way I like to have it – cuz I have other scenarios as well when the content loaded wrongly! (e.g. clicking too fast on the icons when the image not yet loaded) So, disabling would only circumevent one issue but leaves the other still open!

I’m not sure why there’s an html and swf file. We are only asking for a screenshot. Please post it on imgur or dropbox or just provide the url to the page with the issue.

I’m not sure what your reply is about. Last time – in another request – you asked about a screenshot about things I have in mind (still do NOT know how to do this), this time you asked for a screen cast and after providing it you tell me you are looking for screenshots. Sorry, but I do NOT understand your support strategy :-(
I’m pretty sure there is a sample page of the Enfold theme where the AJAX sideload works. Why do you NOT use this page to test what I have written/described? Where is the problem in testing it in your own structure?
The html+swf is the requested screen cast. If you like other means for hosting files, please provide a link where I can upload. If you do NOT trust the provided link – why then trust dropbox or imgur? Why do NOT provide a structure for this?
AND last but not least plz explain in details how I should provide screenshot which reflect some timing issues? If there is a performance problem at the host – than Enfold does NOT load properly – the user can interact and the problem appears the same way as right click. Plz make clear how this could be made clear beside a screen cast. OHHH yeah, the automatic reply with ‘Plz provide a link with the access rights to your server’.
Meeehhhhnnnn….. that kind of support su*xs…. Please provide the link to your represenstation of Enfold theme loaded via AJAX sideload – then I can show you that right click does NOTwork! Yeah… plz provide the showcase of Enfold – and then lets discuss it from there!
Sorry, I cannot respond other than to take it personal. I think I’ve provided already enough material, enough description – most of them what you requested – namely a SCREEN CAST.
Looking forward to replies to the provided screen cast or the link of the Enfold show case (AJAX sideload).

I think you took my statement quite literally. I’m asking for a mockup or a screenshot of the layout that you want, or the issue that you’re having. Please use Imgur or Dropbox for the screenshot.

I don’t have the idea that anything I provide is sufficient for you. Therefore plz provide a link. Then I can continue.

I curious what additional information you require this time. The video is now on dropbox with a different format. If you cannot access this file – or even replay – let me know. Perhaps I can sell you a laptop which could perform the access to a site a play a SWF-file ;-/
Sorry, but I cannot understand what is on your site the problem:
– You have no AJAX ready sample side? No show cases available? (At least you did NOT provide a link up till now)
– You cannot perform on that side right-click?Sorry I still do NOT understand how your support is set up. You have no testing environments? This issue is a general issue therefore I do NOT understand why you insist on a specific setup. Perhaps you could next time provide a link to your test-site – would be great to continue the discussion from there…

B1) I do NOT see the content loaded specified in the AJAX section (Additional Portfolio Settings)The Ajax Portfolio Preview Settings > Add Preview Text field will only display if you open the AJAX Portfolio container. The actual portfolio item page will still require the default portfolio editor or the advance layout builder. If you want to disable the context menu (this is the container that will appear once you click the right mouse button), please refer to the previous thread.
