    Ajax research, redirect to the search page even if I set to stay…
    This is a problem because besides not staying on the same page in an elegant way, it shows too many elements as results.
    It also creates a ram memory overhead on the server, due to slow queries in the database, and I don’t know how to solve this problem too
    It seems that the search does not respond to any of the settings set, but remains as default
    What can I do?

    NB *Please note that I have hidden the general main menu of the site, and I would like to remain so for now for reasons of page loading speed … I use the search with the avia builder tool.
    Sincerly
    S.

    Hey,

    Sorry for the late reply!

    I am seeing some JS errors in console. Could you create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it?

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    Hello Yigit!+
    Many thanks for yor help;

    I’m waiting for Mr. Mike’s intervention, because I already had an open topic (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/hello-in-wich-way-i-can-remove-default-title-h3-on-archieve-pages/#post-1191282) and I expect massive intervention in the files;
    Mike is already logged in both ftp and the wordpress dashboard … you can login too but it is probably better to wait for him to do the job “to avoid errors” due to “double interventions”
    Or alternatively, I don’t know if you can communicate in order to coordinate the work and prevent one from canceling the other’s work.

    I am waiting
    Thank you!

    Hi,

    Thanks for the info!

    I believe the issue might be related to customizations. I will leave the thread to Mike.

    Please let us know if we should close this thread :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    Hi S,

    We are always here to help :)
    Though, I must admit that to me it seems like issues are caused by customizations and fixing those are actually out of the scope of our support. Mike went above and beyond but if it gets more complicated, he might ask you to hire a freelancer to solve customization related issues.

    Best regards,
    Yigit
