Please check the field below.
RegardsJune 8, 2016 at 4:39 am #644495Hi,
The content is not being rendered in the portfolio preview container. We then noticed that the site is using a very old version of the theme (3.0.8) which is not compatible with WordPress 4.5.2. Please upgrade the theme to version 3.6.

June 16, 2016 at 6:03 pm #649341Hi,
I checked your site and also created a test item visible privately and added content to it in default editor to isolate if there was any issue with advanced layout builder but that don’t seem to be an issue here. A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:
1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,
VinayJune 18, 2016 at 8:06 am #650120Hi Vinay,
I have tried a few times to switch off all the plugins and turn them back on each one at a time, but it seems still nothing to change at all.
however, note that the plugin “eXopin” has no longer existing, and will get me to a error page When I turn on or off.
not sure if that is the main reason cause all this.
I am not really a developer, and I don’t mind if anyone need to testing everything, beside it was like that for months.
RegardsJune 21, 2016 at 2:30 am #651178Hi,
try to deinstall this plugin manually via FTP.
If that does not help there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:Best regards,
AndyJune 21, 2016 at 7:41 am #651317Hi Andy,
It works! That is the pain in butt!
Once I remove the eXopin plugin from FTP, and the preview text just show up!
finally get rid of it ! thanks
