Hi,
as I already read here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/ajax-portfolio-opened-at-the-start/ it is possible to open the first portfolio by default. But my question is, if it would be possible to avoid jumping directly to the portfolio on load?

There is no way to do that right now unfortunately, if you really need it you can request a customisation quote from a third-party provider here.
